Lab 20: Cryptography

During class do Lab 20: Cryptography. In the lab you use a great feature of Windows called Encrypting File System (EFS) that allows you to encrypt files and folders of your choosing. EFS prevents other users on your machine (or a thief that ran off with your machine) from viewing the contents of files. If you have a laptop that you carry around with you it's a good idea to put any sensitive data in an encrypted folder. Perform the lab and answer the following questions:
  1. The PFX file contains two things, what are they? HINT: Look closely at the procedure to export your EFS key.
  2. Will a user be able to access their EFS files after they change their password?
